Outstanding service! My service advisor Canon Hughes and the Service Manager Wes worked very closely with the technician who did an outstanding job. He was very meticulous and made sure that everything was done correctly, the first time. Although it took a little bit longer to get the vehicle back due to parts etc., I knew when I got it back it was going to run smooth without issue and so far so good! Also a shout out to Ashley for her assistance with everything. A special thanks to Sales Manager James Hood, and my advisor Canon Hughes their relentless battle to help me get my #Warranty reinstated that was dumped for whatever reason a few years ago under another dealership that should’ve never been taken off my contract. They have been and are still working on that with the warranty company to get it reinstated and hopefully cover some of my repairs. However, had not been for them and their tenaciousness. I would’ve never realized that the #Warranty had been removed, even though I had paid for it and was under the impression it would cover my major expense. I have to say that having taken my truck to this location since I purchased it there two dealerships ago. Banister Jeep of Hampton is the best of the dealerships that has occupied that location. (in my opinion) I have been nothing but satisfied and impressed by the service I receive! I highly recommend banister CDJR to anyone who needs a vehicle serviced or is looking to buy a new one!

Daniel was absolutely wonderful. He was pleasant and upbeat. He was persistent yet not overbearing. He was helpful and individualized the service he provided for me. The vehicle I wanted to see was in an overflow lot, and he went out to it and created a video for me (because I live a good distance away). He had it ready and detailed for me to take a test drive. Every question I had he answered and answered honestly. Though I did not ultimately purchase the vehicle, I would recommend going to see him!

Daniel was an excellent sales representative, I went in to look at and wanted to buy my dream truck and he took into consideration that I have never made a purchase like that before and he talked me out and told me small steps, that way I don't get too carried away with it and loose my dream. I still got something was it my dream no but it could turn into my dream for now tho. Am I made that I couldn't get what I wanted no not made, but disappointed yes. But sometimes it's better to take little steps for a purchase like that than giant steps. Overall I am happy and would recommend him. Thank you so much Banister.
